The outermost part of the Standard Series Locking Frame Clamp Assembly for the Rear Folding mount. Attached to the rear folding mechanism, the RFCI connects with a Locking Frame Clamp Outer Piece - Receiver (RFCR) to secure the mount in position on the wheelchair.
