Terms and Conditions of Sale for Mounts and More Ltd Website

1. Information About Us
1.1 Mounts and More Ltd is a company registered in England. Registered No: 5194042. The registered office is 4 Willow Park, Upton Lane, Stoke Golding, Nuneaton, Warwickshire, CV13 6EU, England.
1.2 Our GB VAT Registration no is 8688 390 58.
1.2 Use of the terms us/we/our refers to Mounts and More Ltd.

2. Your Status
2.1 By placing an order you warrant that you are old enough and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

3. Contract Formation
3.1 After placing an order with us you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging receipt of your order. Your order is deemed to have been placed after completing our online checkout process. Please note that this order confirmation email is only acknowledgement that we have received your order - it does not mean that your order has been accepted by us.
3.2 The contract between us will be formed upon the first of either of the following events to occur:
            A) We send you an email confirmation that your product(s) have been dispatched. or
            B) You receive delivery of the product(s)
3.3 The contract will only relate to those products with confirmed dispatch. If products are shipped separately we are not obliged to supply any products from your order that have not yet been dispatched until confirmation of those products being dispatched has been received or you receive delivery of those products.
3.4 We reserve the right to decline any order or part of an order for the following reasons:
            3.4.1 Where the products are unavailable for any reason.
            3.4.2 Where the website has contained obvious error(s) in relation to either the pricing or description of a product.
3.5 We reserve the right to place restrictions on the volume of any product or to make a product unavailable for purchase.

4. Product Ownership
4.1 All goods remain the property of Mounts and More until both:
            A) Payment has been received in full. and
            B) You have received delivery of the product(s).

5. Price and Payment
5.1 The price of a product will usually be as quoted on the website. This price will be confirmed in the checkout before you complete your order.
5.2 All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£ GBP). We do not accept payment in other currencies via the website.
5.3 Product prices may change from time to time but any changes will not affect the price of products for which you have received a confirmation of dispatch (or received delivery of the products). 5.4 Prices of products will be subject to 20% UK VAT by default for orders placed on the website.

Most of our products have been specifically designed for people with disabilities and as such are eligible for VAT Exemption for qualifying customers. Please see our full VAT information. A VAT Exemption Certificate must be submitted with every order where VAT Exemption is claimed.
5.6 Prices of products do not include delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount due in the checkout prior to order confirmation. Details of delivery costs can be found in the Delivery page in the customer service section of our website.
5.7 As our website contains a large number of products it is possible that some products may be incorrectly priced. If we identify that you have ordered a product that has been incorrectly priced we will:
            A) If a product's correct price is higher than stated on the website we will usually either contact you with details of the correct price and await instruction or reject your order under condition                 3.4, and notify you of any such rejection.
            B) If a product's correct price is lower than stated on the website we will only charge the correct lower amount for that product when dispatching the product if such an error has been                 identified.

If a pricing error is obvious and unmistakable we do not have to provide the product to you at the incorrect lower price.
5.9 Payment for all products for orders placed through our website must be made using one of the methods made available at the point of checkout.

6. Delivery and Availability
6.1 Delivery for orders via the website is only possibly to locations stated on the Delivery page of our website.
6.2 The products will be delivered to the address specified by you in your order, and when in accordance with our shipping restrictions.
6.3 We take reasonable steps to ensure that your order is dispatched and delivered within our guidance times but please be aware that any stated dispatch or delivery times are estimates only, and not the essence of the contract. By placing an order for a product made to order you acknowledge that delivery times may be substantially longer.
6.4 We reserve the right to defer the date of dispatch or delivery, or cancel any contract, or remove any products from your order, if we are delayed or prevented from carrying on normal business due to any events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Such events may include (but are not limted to) governmental actions, acts of terrorism, war, national emergency, pandemics, epidemics, strikes or labour disputes or any other such events causing delay or inability to supply products.
6.5 We will aim to dispatch all of your order in one single shipment. We do, however, reserve the right to dispatch your products in installments if necessary due to availability or size of shipment. In such circumstances where shipping by installments is by our choice you will only be charged one delivery fee for that complete order.
6.6 It is possible that items listed on the website as being in stock may be out of stock when your order is processed. If this occurs we will contact you for instruction or to reject that item from the order, as provided in note 3.4.

7. Cancellation, Returns and Exchanges
7.1 If the product(s) purchased prove to be unsuitable for the user or no longer required you have the right to cancel the contract and may return them within 21 days after receipt of delivery (at your own cost). We will refund your full purchase costs if the items are returned undamaged and in saleable condition.
7.2
Please contact us prior to to any returns to obtain a returns number. Our contact details can be found on the Contact page of our website.
7.2 If returning any product(s), you will be responsible for re-packaging securely to protect the items during return shipping. We strongly recommend that you use a signed for/trackable returns service.
7.3 To cancel the contract you must send us written notice, to be received during the 21 day period following receipt of delivery. Whilst we are happy to discuss the options with you by telephone we will still need written confirmation by email or post.
7.4
If the product(s) you have purchased are incorrect for your user (eg. wrong sized frame clamp or wrong length of tube) we can arrange an exchange within 21 days of receipt of delivery provided that the items are undamaged and in saleable condition. You will be responsible for all carriage costs and for re-packaging securely to protect the items during return shipping. We strongly recommend that you use a signed for/trackable returns service.
7.5 Custom products or products made to order cannot be returned or exchanged.

8.
Warranty
8.1 Daessy Mounts supplied by us are warranted against defective materials or workmanship for a period of 2 years from date of supply.
8.2 Daessy Mounts supplied and fitted by us are warranted against defective materials or workmanship for a period of 5 years from date of fitting.
8.3 The above notes 8.1 and 8.2 form a standard limited manufacturer’s warranty for the Daessy Mounting System only under normal use. This does not cover misuse. It does not affect your statutory rights.
8.4
Non-Daessy items are subject to their manufacturer’s warranty terms.

9. Complaints
9.1 Our aim is to provide high quality service and products. If however you have any cause for complaint please contact us directly and we will do our utmost to resolve the situation. In the first instance you can telephone, email or write to Customer Support at the usual Mounts & More address as listed on our Contact page.

10. General

10.1 Applicable laws require that some of the information or communications we send to you should be in writing. When using the Website, you accept that communication with us will be mainly electronic.
10.2 We have the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time by updating them on our website.
10.3 Nothing in these conditions is intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer under applicable local law or other statutory rights.

We use basic cookies for the functionality of our website. We do not use any tracking cookies that would follow your activity outside our site.
